Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Physical Item delivered to you, let me know As Soon As Possible. I accept returns as long as you contact me within 24 hours after you received the item. Costumer will pay shipping expenses. Please, ship item(s) back within 10 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Cancelation:

If you want to cancel your purchase, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

***NOTE: Please keep in mind that any return or cancellation of an order placed will have a charge of 10%. This is because credit cards will charge a second fee due to the return transaction. In other words, I won't be able to give you 100% of your money back, but 90%.****

No Returns:

I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads
